One on one sessions are an effective way to improve the state of your health. Many social media consumers look to friends, acquaintances or influencers via online platforms for diet, supplement and disease-state advice. The problem with doing this is that 9/10 times, the advice given is not personalized. Natural healing works, but it needs to be targeted based on that individual’s past and present medical history and testing. Everyone is different and this needs to be considered in health care. For example, someone might claim that zinc is healthy and that others should take it too. While zinc is needed in the body, one can also have too much of a mineral such as this one, which could deplete other minerals, like copper. If someone is taking more of something that they already have enough of, this could cause more harm than good. This is why the approach should be targeted to that individual’s specific needs.

 While considering this, it is important to understand that healing takes time, but is generally very possible with commitment. In my clinical experience, I have not yet seen a person heal their health issues after meeting for 1 or 2 visits. Just as with learning anything new, it requires time, understanding, application and patience. In addition to this, it is important to keep in mind that it can take years before our body becomes out of balance to the point that we feel unwell. Therefore, it can take time to get our body back into balance as well. The healing journey is a lifestyle, and not a magic pill. With all of this in mind, The Health Queen’s RegenerATE Program is a 4-month program.

 

What Can I Expect in This Program?

  • 6-month program

  • A 1-hour initial appointment and (5) 45-minute check ins (total of 6 visits).

  • A functional and integrative expert approach that takes into account your willingness to make changes, your thoughts and feelings, your struggles and barriers, your limitations, your mental health and stress coping mechanisms.

  • Medical Nutrition Therapy and food science education.

  • Personalized food recommendations.

  • Access to a private Facebook community.

  • Someone who has been through it too. I’m not a dietitian who had an easy health journey. I’m here to be the dietitian who has been through her own struggles and can really relate and empathize with others because of it.

  • Improved health outcomes. There is never a guarantee of “curing,” just as doctors can’t guarantee this either. But those who have stayed the course have always seen significant improvements in their health.

  • In the past, I have successfully helped individuals make improvements to the following wellness goals: weight loss, weight gain, blood sugar regulation, cholesterol management, hormonal balancing, energy, mental clarity, skin rashes, digestive disorders, brain fog, nutrient imbalances, liver disorders, high blood pressure and more.
